You agree not to use Persona Lab for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

You own all content you create, including personas, conversations, and exported data. Persona Lab does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Data Portability

You can export your data in JSON format at any time from your account settings.

6. Third-Party Services

Persona Lab integrates with third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Mistral, and Ollama. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
